Goals are so great, everybody should have them. My goals right now are to swim 100 meters free style without stopping, 25 butterfly pull ups unbroken, and snatch 165lbs. I know one of Coach Brant’s goals is to do 150 wallballs unbroken. Steph Creger’s goal is to get a kipping pull up! We all have different wide ranging goals, but all great goals!!
