CrossFit Level 1
Crossfit Specialization
  • Crossfit Olympic Lifting

In 2012 I realized that I needed a life change. I would work out 3-5 days a week at the local globo gym and was getting nowhere. So I decide that I should try Crossfit and was immediately hooked. Through Crossfit I learned about nutrition and proper form for weightlifting.

In 2014 I wanted to further my knowledge of proper training through Crossfit and coach others to achieve the same life goals that they want for themselves as I did, so I decided to get my Crossfit level 1 trainer.  Shortly after getting my level 1, I also acquired my Crossfit Olympic lifting trainer certification.

Coaching at CS has brought awesome people in to my life. It is my goal to help everyone at CS reach their goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

I love Crossfit because it’s a community of like minded individuals attempting to live a healthier lifestyle.
My motivation is helping an athlete do something that they thought they would never be able to do.

My main goal is to be 90 years old and still be able to do a muscle up and have a decent clean and jerk.

I listen to mostly hard rock … But really anything loud…. Except country.
