Game Plan and Goals

Goals are so great, everybody should have them. My goals right now are to swim 100 meters free style without stopping, 25 butterfly pull ups unbroken, and snatch 165lbs. I know one of Coach Brant’s goals is to do 150 wallballs unbroken. Steph Creger’s goal is to get a kipping pull up! We all have different wide ranging goals, but all great goals!! So, what are your goals?!
